Meet Melissa 

Melissa has been doing hair since 1996. She has owned Salon Bleu since 2006. Melissa went to Joseph Paterno College of Beauty Culture, Redken Exchange as well as being a Redken Specialist.Melissa is Masters of Balayage certified, and has earned many other certifications. She  believes in staying ahead of the latest trends through education and specializes in corrective color, color, and cutting as well as a desire to help clients look and feel their best.​​
